We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.Join us as a Senior Principal Engineer, Program Lead on our Professional Services team in Remote-Hyderabad/Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What youll achieveAs a Program Lead (Senior Principal Engineer) you will be responsible for the overall success of the Client Engineering Engagement with the customer, you will also be the point of contact for any program escalations and provide technical direction to the overall engagement. This role is for a leader who will cultivate strong customer relationships, act as the trusted advisor to the customer executive team.You will:

• Creates/owns solutions documentation and leads technical customer engagements.
• Leads executive level customer facing presentations.
• Responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities at existing clients as well as opportunities with new clients.
• Develops and implements best practices and process improvements throughout the organization.
• Build and develop team competence through certifications and training programs.

• 10+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelors degree; or 8+ years with a Masters degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Azure VDI, Deployment Technologies (SCCM, Intune), MECM etc.
• Azure VDI\\SCCM\\MECM\\Intune Subject Matter Expert, exposure to Cyber Security Concepts
• Advanced writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer.
• Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies.

Desirable Requirements

• Certification in SCCM\\MECM \\Intune design and administration.
• Experience in negotiating timelines and project requirements and building consensus
