Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
To design, develop and implement EE aggregates meeting all functional, quality regulatory standards/requirements with in project time line.
- Benchmarking Target Setting for EE System - System Performance, Cost Weight. Concept
• Design Feasibility Study for EE System.
• Design BOM Design Data Maintenance
- Delivery of complete EE Package on the Vehicle - Packaging, Design Specification finalization, Design Releases, DVP Finalisation etc.
• Prepare Review EE System Interfaces with CFT.
• Liaising with internal COEs Suppliers for EE System Design Development, Liaising with VI for Virtual Physical Validation of the EE System,
• Meet Project Gateway Deliverables for EE System,
• Lead Design Reviews for Electrical Systems, Conduct DFMEA for Electrical System,
• Support in preparing DVPs (Component Vehicle System-EE),
• Ensuring implementation of lesson learnt across platform,
• Ensuring Design related Interface Sign-off for Electrical Systems,
• Ensuring Standardization initiate/support IMCR initiatives.
• Liaising with PVT for design improvements to ensure Quality Improvement R/1000 reduction in Current models.
• To design full vehicle circuit schematics build to print wiring harness drawings
Experience
8 to 10 years
