• The support analyst will gain valuable technology exposure by working on application on multiple technologies ranging from DOT NET to MEAN & Mobile technologies.
• Act as Project lead
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed individual with an ability to take up initiatives and execute tasks with full ownership.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction.
• Work in 24x7 shifts on a rotation basis, including on-call support.
• Identify and assess project risks and issues.
• Provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status updates.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Ensure project managers and teams have the necessary information and support.
• Communicate project status and changes to relevant parties.

We will count on you to:

• Leads the technical team that provides functional support for applications on DOT NET, MEAN & Mobile technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by end-users.
• Manage and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manages in system changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in testing activities and ensure system quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
• Conduct and lead RCAs for major incidents and deviations
• Identify preventive and permanent solutions for deviations
• Familiarity with system changes and enhancements.
• Ability to conduct user training and provide support.
• Proficiency in issue triaging, providing workarounds and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive mindset for process improvements and automation.
• Qualifications \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 8 years in functional support with 2 years of lead experience.

What you need to have:

• Hands-on Support and development experience in C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, JQuery,
• Hands-on experience in MS SQL Server
• Experience with one or more of these - Angular, Node, Kubernates/Docker, DataDog/Splunk, Mongo & Mobile technologies (Desirable)
• Experience in supporting multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications using any design patterns
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated analytical and design capabilities
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Integrity and attention to detail
• Flexible attitude
• Flexible to adjust the office hours as per the business requirements.
