The role requires a high level of technical competence, communication, and working with global teams.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Provide technical leadership, driving delivery excellence\xc2\xb7 Lead team of highly trained Database developers and ramp up team capability\xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with customers, leadership and engineers\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with US & India teams\xc2\xb7 Identify risks early, derive mitigation strategies and implement the sameQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in technical roles (including architect level) in Data Engineering areas.
• Hands-on Data Engineering coding experience.
• TSQL Expert
• Data architect with deep understanding of Optimization and sound knowledge on OLTP / OLAP / ER Diagram / Internal Engine / Index Tuning / Statistics / Execution Plans / SP Optimization / Partitioning / Normalization / Denormalization.
• Agile Development Process experience, including some experience in Scrum Master role.
• Release Management knowledge. Continuous Integration & deployment knowledge.
• Incidents/Outage management knowledge
