An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

• Total of 10 + years of relevant IT experience with 8 + years in Security implementations

• Scope of role is to assess a project\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with Oracle policies and suggest remediation.

• Must have:

\xe2\x80\x93Experience in Architecture and Solution design for customer engagements in the Identity and Access Management space. \xe2\x80\x93Product expertise in at least 2 Oracle IDM product family with in-depth technical skills from installation to implementation & troubleshooting \xe2\x80\x93 OIM/OAM/OUD would be mandatory. \xe2\x80\x93Understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, and LDAP best practices. \xe2\x80\x93Experience integrating and onboarding applications. \xe2\x80\x93Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues on the OIAM platform \xe2\x80\x93Be able to define Technical Design \xe2\x80\x93 High level and low level. \xe2\x80\x93Strong knowledge of Java, Unix and experience in shell scripting \xe2\x80\x93Good communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and written

• Secondary Skills:

\xe2\x80\x93CISM/CISSP/CISA or equivalent certification and info-sec policy preparation and compliance evaluations.
\xe2\x80\x93Define strategy, conduct architecture and design review to provide guidance and Quality assurance around best practices and frameworks
