:Job Title: Senior Principal- Data Solution Architect
Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad:We are looking for a seasoned professional with 17-22 years of experience to fill the role of a Senior Principal. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, architecting, and implementing large scale data processing/data storage/data distribution systems. This role requires hands-on technology skills to design and build robust Data solutions using Spark framework, AWS/Azure/GCP data services, and knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, and other tools & technologies.Key Responsibilities:- Work with multi-technology/cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to guide/manage the full life-cycle of a data solution.
- Design and implement data modeling and database systems involving any combination of - Data warehousing and Business Intelligence systems and tools.
- Operate on relational and MPP database platforms like Netezza/Teradata/Azure Synapse/AWS RedShift/GCP Big Query.
- Administer, configure, monitor, and tune spark based platforms.
- Understand and apply Data Analytics platforms and ETL in the context of large data sets, batch and streaming, structured, semi-structured and unstructured.
- Frame architectural decisions, provide technology leadership & direction.
- Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of Data Solutions.Skills and Qualifications:- 19-22 years of experience in designing, architecting and implementing large scale data processing/data storage/data distribution systems.
- Extensive experience with AWS/Azure/GCP data services. Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, and other tools & technologies.
- Hands-on administration, configuration management, monitoring, performance tuning of spark based platforms.
- Strong understanding of Data Analytics platforms and ETL in the context of large data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving, hands-on engineering skills and communication skills.
- Broad understanding and experience of real-time analytics.
- Good to have DBBOK/ Data Architecture/TOGAF certifications.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies.In this role, you will be expected to display excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on engineering skills, and stellar communication skills. You should have a broad understanding and experience of real-time analytics and be able to participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of Data Solutions. Certifications in DBBOK/ Data Architecture/TOGAF will be an added advantage, as will exposure to AI/ML technologies.This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and offers the opportunity to be part of a future-focused team of innovative leaders.
