Following agile practices, work with the Product Owner to define new product features, strategic roadmap and define objectives to the delivery team. Drive cloud integration, service improvements, automate provisioning and service delivery, accelerate client integration and promote Passwordless vision for GSK. Working with vendors/3rd parties.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the secrets management product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and releases based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and UX, to deliver high-quality and user-friendly secrets management solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for product-related queries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments to stay informed about industry advancements and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery, managing priorities and resolving issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points, translating them into actionable product requirements.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the secrets management product.
• Stay abreast of security best practices and compliance requirements to ensure the product aligns with relevant standards.
• Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and incorporate insights into the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a product owner or product manager, preferably in the realm of secrets management, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Familiarity with secrets management technologies, modern development methodologies, cryptographic principles, and cybersecurity best practice.
