The world is how we shape it.Job Overview:Seeking a skilled Senior Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle PPM with atleast 2 End to End Implementation experience around Oracle Cloud PPM. In this role, individuals will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Worked closely with customers/business stakeholders to gather requirements and Solution design.Total Experience Expected: 10-15 years
Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days at office a week)
Work locations: Noida / Pune / Chennai / BangaloreResponsibilities:xc2xb7 Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Oracle Cloud. Project Costing, Billing and Oracle Time and LabourUnderstanding around key accounting configurations for Project costing, Billing and Project Revenue Recognition.In depth understanding around Project Inter-Company configurations and its integration with other Modules.xc2xb7 Worked in Agile Scrum mode for the complex projects using sprint-based models.xc2xb7 Worked with a team of Business Analysts and Developers for collaborated solutions.xc2xb7 Effectively managed and communicated to various work streams to deliver customers and stakeholders goals and objectives on current and previous projects.xc2xb7 Develop and maintain functional design documentation to ensure solutions meet business needs.xc2xb7 Assist and contribute with design workshops and functional process workshops in all Projects/Grants areas.xc2xb7 Configure and test Oracle PPM systems to meet business requirements.xc2xb7 Participate in system upgrades and provide guidance on system design and configuration.xc2xb7 Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are properly integrated with other systems.xc2xb7 Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle PPMxc2xb7 Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle PPMQualifications:xc2xb7 Experience in Oracle Cloud PPMxc2xb7 Experience with Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, Assets Capitalization, Forecast and Budgeting, Grants, or similar module experience.xc2xb7 Experience as a resource in the full lifecycle implementationxc2xb7 Strong understanding of project portfolio management and human capital management concepts.xc2xb7 Experience with system configuration and testing.xc2xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.xc2xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.xc2xb7 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.xc2xb7 Worked in Incident management tools such as JIRA.xc2xb7 Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.xc2xb7 Willing to travel.QualificationsAny Graduate/PostgraduateAdditional InformationAt our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
