In this role, individuals will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Worked closely with customers/business stakeholders to gather requirements and Solution design.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Oracle Cloud. Project Costing, Billing, and Oracle Time and LabourUnderstanding around key accounting configurations for Project costing, Billing and Project Revenue Recognition.In depth understanding of Project Inter-Company configurations and its integration with other Modules.\xc2\xb7 Worked in Agile Scrum mode for complex projects using sprint-based models.\xc2\xb7 Worked with a team of Business Analysts and Developers for collaborated solutions.\xc2\xb7 Effectively managed and communicated to various work streams to deliver customer\'s and stakeholder\'s goals and objectives on current and previous projects.\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain functional design documentation to ensure solutions meet business needs.\xc2\xb7 Assist and contribute with design workshops and functional process workshops in all Projects/Grants areas.\xc2\xb7 Configure and test Oracle PPM systems to meet business requirements.\xc2\xb7 Participate in system upgrades and provide guidance on system design and configuration.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are properly integrated with other systems.\xc2\xb7 Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle PPM\xc2\xb7 Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle PPMQualifications:\xc2\xb7 Experience in Oracle Cloud PPM\xc2\xb7 Experience with Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, Assets Capitalization, Forecast and Budgeting, Grants, or similar module experience.\xc2\xb7 Experience as a resource in the full lifecycle implementation\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of project portfolio management and human capital management concepts.\xc2\xb7 Experience with system configuration and testing.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\xc2\xb7 Worked in Incident management tools such as JIRA.\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Location: Noida / Chennai / Pune\xc2\xb7 Willing to work in UK Shifts.\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel.\xc2\xb7 Total Experience Expected: 10-14 years.QualificationsAny Graduate/PostgraduateAdditional InformationAt our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
