Overview:

We serve a broad range of clients in government and industry, implementing complex projects from initial concept to operations.

A successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional technical, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. This person will be detail-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated, and be able to effectively communicate with and share information within the IT organization and organization at large.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 yrs of relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree
• Candidate should be subject matter expert of PowerBI. Dashboards and Reporting Development.
• Ability to develop new reports and dashboards
• Ability to implement enhancements in existing reports and dashboards
• Ability to fix bugs/issues in existing reports and dashboards
• Ability to self learn the requirement by looking at the source code and implement the change or fix the bug
• Bring in best of industry practices, coding standards, Versioning, etc.
• Ability to reverse engineer by understanding the code for existing reports and dashboards and prepare a functional document
• Bring in design documents and standard templates for requirement gathering, testing, development, etc.
• Ability to implement and recommend continuous improvements to streamline existing processes
• Should Train the existing team on PowerBI and prepare training materials
• Document all changes, enhancements, and new functionalities., reports and dashboards, etc.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams and business to understand the requirements quickly , document and translate them technically through development.
• Should be self-learner, ability to research and debug the existing dashboards.
• Mentor and guide existing team.
