There has never been a better time to join EQ Job Summary: Reports to the C2C Programme Manager and works with other colleagues across the wider programme team. The Project Support Analyst\'s responsibilities include supporting the project manager with overseeing and coordinating project and workstreams, resources equipment and meetings, contributing to project planning and reporting, preparing and maintaining documentation, and monitoring project activities. A key aspect of this role will also be in enabling the programme team, both internally and with our partners to collaborate through Teams and Azure DevOps, and this role will be instrumental to quality implementation, administration and management of these environments. Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will provide support across the programme, including: Supporting all aspects of planning and reporting - developing and maintaining plans, action, issues and risk logs, supporting documentation and executive reporting Administering our Azure DevOps environments, Teams sites and channels ensuring quality and accuracy of information at all times Managing user, resource, and equipment requests through ServiceDesk Coordinate work requests with other departments (eg: Group IT) to ensure delivery in a timely manner Arranging and administering meetings to maintain cadence, co-ordination and collaboration across the EQ team and partners, including at times running project status calls Ensure accurate time recording and tracking through Workday and Hazell Carr timesheet submissions Provide support to wider programme team, with potential involvement in Change Management and Testing activities Provide traceability for managing documentation, project history and organisational knowledge. Contribute to continuous improvement of the project management framework, processes and standards by identifying problem areas and investigating potential solutions Providing other administrative support and project tasks as needed. Qualification / skills required: The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours: Prior experience as a project support analyst / project administrator / project manager in a related field required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams. Experience of working in an Agile project environment desired Knowledge and experience of Azure DevOps (or Jira) backlog, boards and dashboards highly desirable, although training can be provided Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
