About 3M Technology Center of Excellence (TCOE)The team in India will enable 3M Company to further expand internal capabilities in Digital, Infrastructure & Applications, Data & Analytics, and IT Operational Excellence. The 3M Technology Center of Excellence will enable 3M to advance innovation at a faster pace, drive our digital transformation, and help define what\xe2\x80\x99s next: our new products, solutions, and ideas to improve lives around the world.:This role is responsible for administration, oversight, and security of the Google cloud platform within 3M.This person in this position will join a team of cloud engineers who secure and facilitate the use of public cloud environments for internal 3M teams to run and host their applications. This position will have responsibilities in two primary areas. The first area is continuing support for 3Ms use of GCP as it currently exists. The second area is implementing strategic platform level initiatives through smaller projects.Additional :

• Daily operational tasks such as user provisioning, project setup, and access changes
• Weekly monitoring of security vulnerabilities and current risks
• Monthly FinOps activities such as assisting with billing and payment processing, credit usage monitoring, and spend reporting
• Facilitating monthly meetings with our GCP account team
• Implementing and maintaining SSO and MFA for all users in the GCP environment
• Integrating GCP into current 3rd party tools used within 3M for other public cloud providers
• Creating technical roadmaps that align with product lifecycle timelines
• Creating policy and procedure documentation
• Training operations team, both directly and through documentation, on how to complete technical work items
• Creating integrations with existing platforms for facilitation of lifecycle events
• Tracking tasks and daily work through the agile methodology
