Senior Plant Manager - HR & IR (Manufacturing Client)
Overview :
- This is a Senior Manager- HR & IR role based in the Plant location (Karnataka) responsible for handling end to end plant HR activities.
- The incumbent tracks and documents employment issues and requests as required for procedural and statutory purposes.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. To ensure continuous availability of skilled manpower in line with production requirements and to achieve desired levels of Productivity on a consistent basis by improving people efficiencies and on-the-job training.
2. Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Recruitment of workmen and to facilitate Induction/ Orientation Training of all new Joinees at the plant.
3. To identify Training Needs of all employees based at Plant and co-ordinate with the concerned department for organizing training in accordance with the annual training plan.
4. To adhere to all applicable statutory compliances by meeting all timelines and maintaining liaison with government officials.
5. To ensure timely completion of monthly attendance cycle and payroll execution.
6. To maintain healthy and harmonious Employee Relations at the plant by addressing employees concerns in a timely manner
7. Other administrative activities relating to employees welfare like Transportation, Bonus, etc.
8. To provide timely and accurate MIS to all concerned.
Experience : 8 years to 10 years in any Manufacturing Industry
Reports to : CHRO in the corporate office
