Senior PHP Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to lead the development and maintenance of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PHP, be experienced with modern frameworks, and have a solid understanding of integration with AI tools and cloud platforms like AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP.
• Expertise in JavaScript coding skills, jQuery & AJAX.
• Knowledge of advanced PHP concepts, MySQL, JSON, XML & ability to work in a LAMP/WAMP environment.
• Ability to work in agile methodologies & version control (Git, SVN, Bitbucket, etc.) & multiple OS (Unix/Linux/Windows).
• Ability to do Unit testing.
• Experience with Restful APIs and ability to maintain the API versioning and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and AI specialists.
• Work with Laravel framework to build efficient back-end solutions.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring high-speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services, including AI tools and cloud platforms.
• Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Create and manage project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

Requirement:

• 7+ years of experience in PHP development.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in modern PHP Laravel framework.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of web application security best practices.
• Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Familiarity with integrating AI tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, ML frameworks).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to Docker and containerized applications.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in web development.
