Education: D Pharma / B Pharma:We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Pharmacist Store Manager for our location in Navi Mumbai. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and a degree in D Pharma or B Pharma. The responsibilities for this role include:
- Store Management:
- Oversee and monitor all operations in the store.
- Employee Management:
- Work closely with store employees, creating work schedules, and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Supplier Communication:
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and resolve any supply-related issues.
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Educational background in D Pharma or B Pharma.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and inventory management.
