PharmKey responsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy storeLead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performanceOversee the procurement and supply of medicinesMonitor and ensure customers are dispensed the correct medicinesDevelop strong relationships with customers, Ownership and delivery of Sales Generic promotional targets for the storeQualificationsStrong track record of leading, coaching and developing a team within a retail environmentQualified Pharmacist and registered with the GPhC (5years + Exp Non Pharmacist )Ability to effectively manage and evaluate people including , training and performance management.
