What we do The Business Unit Research Innovation & Engineering (RI&E) is involved in development, deployment and maintenance of SAP Profitability and Performance Management product. We are responsible for it\'s architecture, design, development, deployment and maintenance of this product. PaPM is based on SAP Analytics Cloud and we work very closely with SAP in all phases of product development. We are responsible for the development of SAP PaPM application and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. RI&E team in India works closely with their counterparts in Germany and Poland. It is a young team and rapidly growing in the areas of product development, DevOps, DevSecOps and Performance Engineering. What will you do Define, implement and execute performance testing in the cloud landscape of our product Performance and Profitability Management (PaPM) and other leading financial industry solutions Work in SAP BTP environment Identity and troubleshoot performance issues in collaboration with architecture and development teams. Setup automated performance test scenarios that can be included at various stages of product verification (e.g. unit level as well as e2e integration level) Groom other members of the team to have the mindset of developing high performance products on the cloud Identify performance, reliability and stability issues in the product Define, implement and execute performance testing in the cloud landscape of our product Performance and Profitability Management (PaPM) and other leading financial industry solutions Work in SAP BTP environment Identity and troubleshoot performance issues in collaboration with architecture and development teams. Setup automated performance test scenarios that can be included at various stages of product verification (e.g. unit level as well as e2e integration level) Groom other members of the team to have the mindset of developing high performance products on the cloud Identify performance, reliability and stability issues in the product What experiences you should have Overall 8+ years of experience in Performance Engineering Proven expertise in handling performance issues on cloud based products Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies Good communication skills - Clearly conveys information and ideas both verbally and written.
