We have an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner (PBP) supporting client groups in India Solutions Center based in Hyderabad, IndiaThe RoleThis is a key role supporting a fast-paced global tech & finance contemporary organization. In this role, you will be an integral member of the People Business Partner team providing comprehensive people support to specific client groups. You will collaborate with global and regional PBP leads to delivery full spectrum of PBP support to leaders and team members and be their trusted partner / advisor. The role will also encompass to support the business on learning & capability development stream and oversee the people operations book of work, as necessary. In short, this is a multi-faceted role people and business success partner role. The position will report to the Regional PBP lead for Tech & Finance and may eventually become a people leader managing the People Operations team for the site.Primary engagements: Works at Center LevelPrimary Interactions with: Frontline and senior managers, team members, People COE partners and global People Business PartnersKey responsibilities include:People Business Partner: Understand evolving business contexts, be able to carve out talent strategy and talent imperatives and implementation of talent strategy across the center Be a trusted advisor to the business leaders in enabling business / technology strategy through leadership coaching, consulting, and collaboration in matters of team members engagement, experience, career growth and retention Build relationship of trust and has a vivid point of view informed by insights, business acumen and best practices Be team member advocate and a people champion - aid in support of their queries, issues, and concerns Aid managers in devising action plans for sustaining high levels of team member engagement Help managers drive the performance management spectrum of activities and thrive a high-performance work culture i.e. objective settings, periodic check-ins and yearly performance evaluations and guiding leaders on performance below standard scenarios Collaborate with the leaders in talent assessment discussions and ensuring associated action plans are in place for talent actions (top talent, bottom performers etc.) Collaborate with the market Compensation & Benefits partner in driving the compensation focal reviews, manage exceptions, guide managers in ensuring the company pay philosophy is adhered in spirit and process Assist Regional PBP leader in matters of people risk and compliance matters and ensuring people risk strategy is implemented without any deviations. Act as a counsel for managers in similar matters related to conduct risk scenarios Raise hand or volunteer for leading people programs and initiativesLearning & Capability Development Manage and support end-end design, development and deployment of learning programs offered for the Solutions Center Conduct the rituals of Annual Learning Plan in close engagement with the managers and plug in the same for the design of the learning programs Own the execution and implementation of the learning plan for the Center Participate and (or) lead the internal capability building programs, ensure high quality learning programs that meet the impact they are designed to have Shape D&B-wide learning philosophy and standards Manage learning budgets & strive to meet the Center level learning goals Collaborate with Global Learning partners in various initiatives and implementation of global learning programsPeople Operations Oversight and functional ownership of People Operations Delivery for the Center Coach and guide the Center People Operations team in support of maximizing team member experience Collaborate with the Regional People Operations and C&B lead for a seamless and quality team member experience of team members Evaluate the people operations maturity and drive continuous process improvements Create meaningful insights and own the Analytics delivery.
