In This Role, You Will:

We are seeking a bright, goal-oriented, high energy and hardworking individual to fill our Payroll Associate position based out in India office and will be handling markets for US. The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, management and direction of the employee payroll function. Candidate should be well versed with US payroll processes and will be coordinating with our internal teams along with the payroll vendor. This is a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to grow your professional skills. Although the focus is mainly on payroll functions, a keen understanding of US benefits is a good to have for this position.

  • Follow all process and procedures to ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely
  • Fundamental payroll knowledge and ability to execute standard payroll processing.
  • You will be maintaining and review employee information related to working hours, wages, payments, tax deductions, commissions and payroll records
  • Provide specialized payroll and deduction information and assistance as and when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable government and regulatory laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Participate in the implementation of new and revised payroll reporting, analysis systems, and department policies and procedures.
  • Preparation of payroll MIS, people\'s advances, and medical insurance, etc, adhere to statutory compliances and highlight shortfalls and risks
  • Support all internal and external audits related to payroll
  • Manage people\'s life cycle management activities and maintain a Master (database) and personal records.
  • Support the coordination of payroll functions with other departments such as Accounting, Data Processing, Finance
  • Reviewing employee time & attendance data to resolve various leave administration issues and deduction adjustments per pay period
  • Follow up and perform complex and challenging compensation cases
Here\'s What You Need:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience for above mentioned markets
  • Payroll systems experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well independently and within a team
