The impact you will have in this role::As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will provide day-to-day payroll support for our APAC payroll, and specifically our India employees. The ideal candidate will ensure our employees are paid accurately and timely. You will work closely with vendors and address any government related inquiries. The Sr Payroll Analyst will also complete a secondary review and validation of payroll reports/registers and preform a detailed reconciliation each pay cycle. Provide on going support to the payroll manager through stakeholder collaboration..Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supporting India payroll collecting inputs from various department
  • Validating payroll inputs/outputs and maintain master reports
  • Coordinate with payroll partner to ensure statutory payment with in due date.
  • Addressing payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Coordinate with vendor for Quarter filings, Form 24Q, and Form 16.
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll
  • Prepare payroll and tax funding memo wires for manager review and approval
  • Ongoing review and update of payroll related policies and procedures (both systematic and user functional) are current and ensure data integrity while minimizing manual effort to ensure compliance.
  • Review reports associated with government payroll filings to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Respond to employee or vendor inquiries related to payroll
Talents Needed for Success:
  • 5-8 Years of experience in India Payroll administration
  • Knowledge in statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS)
