Your Career

You are part of the APAC Payroll team. As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of India payroll in all its aspects in a fast-paced, high-tech MNC environment. In addition, you will participate in projects as assigned to you as and when required.

Your Impact

• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing of 1,000+ employees in India
• Communicate with US HQ and employees regarding payroll timelines
• Work and monitor closely with payroll service providers to ensure deliverables received on time with accuracy
• Verify payroll information for appropriate approvals and accuracy for payment
• Process new hires and terminations ensuring all appropriate documentation and approvals are received
• Process stock-based compensation received from Stock Administrator
• Coordinate with various departments such as Human Resource,
• Compensation and Benefit, and Sales Compensation for the accuracy of payroll processing and payroll records
• Manage all payroll related accounting journals and accruals
• Provide customer service support and respond in a timely manner to employees\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries on payroll related issues
• Organize and maintain all payroll records
• Ensure compliance to local tax laws and country specific Labor laws
• Ensure compliance to SOX within all areas of payroll processing
• Assist on special projects and assignments as and when required

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Master\'s degree in accounting/Finance is required or equivalent military experience required
• Over 5 years of relevant payroll related experience for India region
• Payroll experience for countries in the APAC region will be a plus
• Prior work experience in MNCs/ listed companies, Stock remuneration or ESPP policies
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and knowledge on payroll policies and procedures
• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, accurately and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive personnel issues and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Experience in managing payroll related projects and initiatives
