As a Part of this Role, You'll Work on
Patent Searching
Invalidation Searches to support defendants in infringement lawsuits, meticulously examining prior art to challenge patent validity.
Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) Searches to pave the way for companies launching new products/services, ensuring they steer clear of existing Intellectual Property Rights.
Patentability Searches to guide companies through the patenting process, assessing the novelty and inventiveness of their innovations.
Technology Landscapes
White Space Analysis to map the complete technology landscape, identifying untapped opportunities and potential areas for innovation.
Competitor Monitoring to keep clients informed about their competitors' technological advancements and strategic directions.
A range of other basic and advanced services tailored to our clients' needs, such as in-depth market research, to provide comprehensive Intellectual Property intelligence.
Within these projects, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
Ensuring the performance and thoroughness of various patent searches.
Efficiently conducting comprehensive searches of technical and patent information using online databases and other information sources.
Carefully analysing and summarizing search results.
Providing insightful evaluation and analysis of the findings.
Preparing final reports and deliverables as per required standards.
Delivering timely, value-added patent search reports.
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
A solid grasp of scientific principles and technical concepts is a must-have.
Sharp analytical skills to make sense of intricate data and patterns.
Curious mindset for learning and adapting to new technological advancements and methodologies.
Desired Work Experience
1.5 to 4 years.
