Role:Senior Partnership Specialist - Government/NGO
Location: Lucknow/Varanasi, UP
Experience: 5+ years

Partnership Goals and Strategies

  • Responsible for strategizing, planning, organizing, and giving direction to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s partnerships
  • Create and implement the strategy for the acquisition of partners (schools, NGOs, Governments) aligned with the organization\'s goals
  • Implement the organization strategy and oversee the progress for the achievement of the partnership goals
  • Guide the Manager to design and monitor replicable and scalable processes
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge including but not limited to competitive offerings & customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parents, Students)
  • Engage with Government stakeholders (DEOs, Dy. DEOs, Mentor teachers, etc.) to enable setting up of formal partnerships with state or district Government bodies to onboard a group of Government schools together
  • Review data analysis with the Managers to identify problem areas and enable solutions to address them
  • Guide the Manager to implement tracking and reporting of data metrics to evaluate the program partnerships
  • Work with the Managers to plan expansion of reach with the existing Government partnerships
Standardization and Automation
  • Research and learn from best practices to improve the overall vertical
  • Strategizing on approaches to be better equipped for larger outreach
  • Focus on leveraging technology as an enabler to streamline and simplify processes, and automate them wherever possible
  • Ensure that the Manager is focused on documenting, following, and enhancing standard operating procedures in the team
  • Create an easily replicable and scalable model to enable a better solution towards TAP\xe2\x80\x99s vision
Team Management
  • Support the Managers and teams in the program through enhancing their capability to manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Enable the Managers with the skills and direction to ensure the program outcomes and goals are met
  • Provide timely feedback for development and suitable recognition for motivation of the team
  • Enable a healthy, collaborative & outcome-focused environment in the vertical Be an ambassador for TAP and represent the company at internal and external events
Organization Development
  • Participates in business development initiatives such as investments, fundraising and strategic alliances
  • Ensure expansion by establishing meaningful relationships with schools and local governing bodies
  • Provide leadership and vision in the ongoing planning, implementation, development, direction, review and evaluation of the program
  • Contribute towards the positive work culture of the organization
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of full-time experience in establishing large-scale partnerships, especially with Governments A track record of strong coaching, conflict management and influence up, down and across the organization
  • Experience in managing small to medium teams within a complex environment Managed relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
