You will be responsible for all aspects of the customer journey. You will work closely with sales, products, support, Architectural & Engineering, and other verticals along with L&D teams to maximize the customer experience. The Sr. Partner Success Manager is responsible for the ongoing post-sales support of customer accounts, including orchestration and facilitation of resources and offerings to meet the customer needs, under the leadership of the Director. This position is customer-facing and expected to maintain high standards of communication with customer contact(s), as well as internal collaboration with the principal account owner (Sales) through every stage of the customer lifecycle.The Sr. Partner Success Manager is responsible for the ongoing relationship with customers on your assigned accounts. We are looking for a performance and relationship-driven Sr. Manager to join our growing team. You will work directly with our US-based Productivity Placement Specialists to determine the customers unique needs and align our offerings and resources to meet and exceed those expectations. By orchestrating staffing placements, facilitating administrative and operational duties, and providing customer-facing support, you will build relationships that strengthen and support the health of our organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead Managers and provide directions to team members.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings along with his reporting manager.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback, coach & mentor.
  • Data analysis & reporting.

  • Ability to conduct timely performance reviews with team members.
  • Take initiatives. Making decisions, and guiding others proactively without explicit instruction or authority.

  • Client onboarding.
  • Acts as a customer advocate
  • Provide customer resolutions swiftly, and quick decision-making.
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership & accountability.
  • Effectively promoting our brand.
  • Encourages customers to upgrade our offerings via upselling during client check-ins/interactions.
  • Promotes customer loyalty.
  • Critical thinking/problem solving/decision making.
  • Teamwork/Stakeholder Management - Internal & External Customers
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and escalations.
  • Minimize customer churn.
  • Resilience/tenacity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience required in the service industry, with proven experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively manage customer complaints and inquiries.
Desirable Skills:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience required in the service industry.
  • Highly organized and self-driven.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in moving teams as per business requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service and retention
  • Impeccable customer service behaviors - patience, active listening, strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for service.
  • Ability to work closely with a fast-moving, dynamic team.
  • Experience in account management in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiar with customer success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work from home (WFH) - Full time.
