Role And Responsibilities We are looking for a restaurant manager with 6 or more years of experience in QSR/ restaurants with team handling. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and guiding the team members in performing their work, planning and preparing the action plan for handling busy operations time, checking the restaurant set up and cleanliness, coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations, and delivering superior service to maximize customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for responding promptly and accurately to customer complaints, reviewing product quality, organizing and supervising shifts, appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations, managing the restaurant\'s good image and suggesting ways to improve it, controlling operational costs and identifying measures to cut waste, creating detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses, promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events, training new and current employees on proper customer service practices, and implementing policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations. The candidate will also need to coordinate with Front Office, Kitchen, etc. regarding special events and execution of the same. Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate should have 6 or more years of experience in QSR / Restaurants with team handling. Required Skills Strong leadership skills. 2.
