Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team at Conneqtion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Fusion, with a strong focus on India Payroll Implementation, BI Reports, OTBI, and HCM Extracts. You will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions, as well as staying abreast of new features and innovations to enhance pre-configured solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Implement Oracle HCM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Innovate and continuously improve pre-configuration solutions and methods to streamline implementation processes.
• Maintain and enhance pre-configured solutions to align with Oracle Fusion Releases, ensuring compatibility and leveraging new features effectively.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules, particularly focusing on India Payroll Implementation, BI Reports, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution for Oracle HCM applications and modules.
• Perform system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Oracle HCM configurations, processes, and procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion modules and their integration points.
• Should have experience with at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations
• Hands-on experience with India Payroll Implementation, BI Reports, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Experience in the preparation of Functional documents e.g. Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Gap Analysis, System Test scripts and application setup.
• Experience in Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service modules is must.
• Should have worked on Extensions, Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound / Outbound interfaces, Reports, Forms and Customizations.
• Ability to configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet business needs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and Talent Management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: • Oracle certifications related to HCM modules.
• Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs).
