Job Description


:Job Purpose:He/she would be the subject matter expert to the business in the area of Human Capital Management business processes. He will play a significant role in the discovery of New Solution(s) / Product(s) / design process design and finalization. Based on the output, there are chances to become the lead for the Oracle Human Capital Management team, implementation and ongoing enhancements for the Oracle landscape related to the Human Resources users, and employee services in general.He will work closely with Human Resources Business Management, Oracle support team and often facilitate efforts with the business in the definition of process and enhancements needed for the business systems after adoption to industry best practices. He is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Human Capital Management and direct configuration that is needed. He will gather business requirement design to provide the best solution.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides subject matter expertise and thought leadership on Oracle's best practices for using and implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes. Leads workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard Oracle processes, identifies and handles gaps while minimizing the development effort.
  • Will be part of the Business Applications management team and lead his team, responsible for the Oracle resource plan management for existing and planned projects. Coaches, mentors and train other Oracle HCM functional consultants and supports their growth and learning.
  • Provides technical leadership in prioritizing, scoping, estimating, planning and delivery of Oracle HCM business processes solutions (new Fusion features, rollouts and enhancement projects).
  • Accountable for timely delivery, meeting agreed standards, multi-tasking different activities, closely collaborating and mentoring his internal team and external consultants. Effectively communicate the status of tasks, raising risks and dependencies appropriately.
  • Will be part of the Business Applications Integration team to represent his domain in order to analyse new projects / solutions / configuration changes to make sure the best solution is implemented and avoid any system / configuration conflict with existing running processes.
  • Conducts weekly / bi-weekly meetings with Process Owner, Business Support team to present the overall progress, eg. Project status cards of on-going projects under his domain, incident status, Request for Change, discuss and work on future roadmap, etc
  • Performs feasibility studies and process design reviews and demonstrates profound knowledge of the assigned Oracle modules / solutions.
  • Supports the existing productive implementation of Oracle HCM and resolves incidents based on pre-defined processes, identifies and ensures any change request follow the Request for Change processes and not through incidents.
  • Ensures documentation of all aspects of the Oracle HCM implementation (e.g. business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures, user manual, etc.).
  • Works directly with the business users in order to continuously enhance and improve the existing business cycles.
  • Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of customer satisfaction. Provides input and assistance to other IT projects related to Algihaz Business Applications if required. Works collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.
  • Raises and follow-up HCM related service requests with Oracle.
  • Responsible for complete suite of Oracle HCM solutions (End end) including rollouts, implementations, documentation, change requests, standardizing requirements, develop template based rollout models for future entities, driving the business for industry best practices, be an extended arm for business and help business to setup the best required for the industry and for the group, complete automation with workflows as required, designing the dashboards and reports required for various roles/management team.
  • Responsible for technical integration and standards with various 3rd party systems, future ready solutions.
  • Responsible for effective usage of system by the business and monitor the transactions and volumes and guide/push business for 100% usage.
  • Responsible for monitoring the user licenses within HCM and cleanup on regular basis and make sure that we are compliance with user licenses and make sure that licenses and roles are properly designed and used and effectively.
  • Device methods/platforms to reduce licensing cost and effective usage of licenses.
  • Ensure complete end to end automation and design/configure system for easy use by business users.
  • Ensure that the system is always future ready.
  • Ensure that the delivery is done on time with quality and always first time right.
  • Ensure that the change requests/requirements are filtered, monitored and managed.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 12 years\' experience and functional subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM business processes. At least 5 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Human Capital Management modules.
  • In depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion: should have 4 to 5 end to end hands on project implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Cloud.
  • Functional expertise in several HCM areas including but not limited to: Core HR, Absence management, Talent management, Compensation, Time and Labor, Recruitment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications: Graduate degree in Information Systems, Chartered Accountant, Business Management, or related qualifications; plus one or more Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud certifications (Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, ) .
