Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion Consultant (CMRO and HCM Specialist)

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to INR150,000 (depending on experience)

Duration: Contract

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive consulting experience, preferably across multiple industries, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP systems such as CMRO, SCM, and HRMS. Additionally, experience with Oracle EBS, OAF, ADF, and Oracle Fusion technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your 10+ years of consulting experience to provide expert guidance and support on Oracle ERP systems, including but not limited to CMRO, SCM, and HRMS.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.

Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Fusion technologies, particularly in the HCM module.

Design and implement solutions utilizing Fusion Technologies such as VBCS, OIC, OTBI, and BI Reports.

Develop and maintain ERP solutions using ADF, OAF, PL/SQL, Workflow, Java, and Apex.

Contribute to solution design, project delivery, and process automation initiatives.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization within Oracle implementations.

Provide expertise in aviation, retail, real estate, banking, and human resource sectors, with a focus on aviation and aerotech industries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of consulting experience, with a strong background in Oracle ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP modules (CMRO, SCM, HRMS).
• Proficiency in Fusion Technologies such as VBCS, OIC, OTBI, and BI Reports.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Technologies including ADF, OAF, PL/SQL, Workflow, Java, and Apex.
• Proven track record of delivering successful Oracle projects within budget and on time.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
