Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the water treatment industry, specifically in STP, ETP, RO, and WTP systems. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems including STP, ETP, RO, and WTP.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
• Plan and schedule daily activities, and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site staff as required.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and personnel attendance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in the water treatment industry is mandatory.
• Educational background in Diploma, ITI, or any relevant degree.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in water treatment systems.
• In-depth knowledge of STP, ETP, RO, and WTP systems and their operation.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
• Rotational shift
