Claims Management:
Oversee the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claims handling, evaluation, and settlement in accordance with policy terms and regulatory requirements. Implement strategies to minimize fraudulent claims and ensure compliance with claims procedures.
Customer Satisfaction:
Oversee customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and improving overall customer experience. Implement strategies to gather customer feedback and use insights to enhance service delivery.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and compliance in policy issuance, documentation, and claims handling. Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify errors, minimising risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of post-sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Set clear performance expectations, establish goals, and monitor individual and team performance.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with functional & cross functional teams such as tech/product, claims, and sales to ensure seamless end-to-end customer journey and effective communication across functions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to track operational performance, identify trends, and generate insightful reports for management review. Make data-driven decisions to enhance processes and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure that all post-sales operations are conducted in strict compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively suggest innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
