Responsibilities:

1. Act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, providing strategic guidance and insights on market trends, client needs, and competitor analysis.

2. Develop and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client companies.

3. Assist in the development and presentation of comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

4. Negotiate competitive terms and placements with insurance carriers.

5. Act as a mentor and coach, sharing your industry knowledge with our team and fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
