Experience : 7+ YearsLocation : Bangalore / ChennaiNotice period : Immediate to 15 daysMust have:IAM, OKTA- Implementing and Admin experience bothResponsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities:Implementing and supporting of the Identity and access management Controls to manage authentication for internal and external users.Detecting and Predictive controls planning and developmentHaving analytics capabilities, including risk scoring models, thresholds, baselines, key indicators, and reportingImplementing the strategic direction and focus of the detection, prevention and analytics programAssisting with the development of a comprehensive change management and incident escalation process and proceduresAssisting with new integrations and introduction of additional security controls to enhance IAM postureAssisting with driving projects and work streams within the IAM programServing as the subject matter expert for system functionalityLeading new application ingestion processes and proceduresAdditional - IGA understanding and experienceRequired Qualifications:Have a minimum 4 years of professional experience in Authentication, SSO, MFA and IAMHave a primary skillset in Identity and Access Management, which includes Authn, MFA, workflows automation, least privileged access, RBAC, OIDC, SAML and risk based authenticationHave a general understanding of supporting technologies including SOAP, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, HTTP, XML, LDAP, SQL, and XACML.Have experience with IAM solutions like Okta, Azure AD, Cyber-Ark, Ping Identity, Siteminder, Attribute Exchange NetworkGood to have experience with Java / NodeJS / Go / PHP / Python, PowershellGood to have Software development cycle and automated testing experience (TDD/BDD)Good to have working knowledge of source control tools such as CVS/SVN /Git , with preference for Git.Technical Expertise:Have IDAM, Authn, SSO and MFA experience - Okta legacy, Okta OIE and Azure ADHave good development background, with a focus on secure development.Have knowledge of API Security ArchitectureHave working knowledge of Cloud Provider security architecture design patterns.
