The incumbent understands and can apply standard tools to improve customer satisfaction and process capability.
xefx82xa7 Utilize and apply understanding of suppliers and Customer requirements (internal and external) relevant to specific manufacturing processes.
xefx82xa7 Control and analysis for Plant uniformity improvement in OE sizes as per the Projected Yield .
xefx82xa7 Understanding of other areas in industry affecting tire uniformity and waste .
xefx82xa7 Understanding of Tire building machine ( VMI / Mesnac /other automatic machine) functioning and handling for uniformity improvement and waste reduction in tire room
xefx82xa7 Understanding of Final finish area and uniformity and balancing machine working and performance
xefx82xa7 Coach, teach and direct the application of technical solutions to meet product and process requirements. Viewed as a technical content expert.
xefx82xa7 Lead and coordinate product and process improvements within relevant quality guidelines and standards using appropriate quality engineering tools.
xefx82xa7 Plant Optimization (PO) and use PO methods to drive process improvements.
xefx82xa7 Recognize and identify problems and achieve solutions with appropriate tools and methods that deliver defined objectives which meet business needs.Uniformity Performance Management and Control:-xefx82xa7 Manage Plant Organization on the key variables to be controlled to deliver consistent waste performance
xefx82xa7 Direct plan & execute experiments in improving the basic knowledge on tire uniformity and defects
xefx82xa7 Execute the action plan for New SKUs & released SKUs based on DMAIC Approach
xefx82xa7 Drive to define Key machine parameters that need to be controlled and maintained to deliver stable performance
xefx82xa7 Drive the plant capabilities improvement projects to improve on Waste-Green and Cured
