Senior Officer, Quality Assurance This position reports into [Head of Supplier Quality -India] and is based at [JNTL Mulund, Mumbai Plant]. What will you do- The Supplier Quality Officer is responsible for Audit /Visit suppliers for Quality Management System Compliance\' as per JNTL guidelines and applicable regulatory compliances and drive End-to-End compliance. Track the audit status of different suppliers for their compliance as per supplier Audit Management SOP. Drive Supplier Reliability programs to ensure minimal impact due to material quality on JNTL business, Always ensure \'Audit Readiness\' for Supplier Quality. Drive and monitor information w.r.t Change Controls related to suppliers. Lead Supplier related Risk Assessments\' to minimize its impact on business. Drive and complete mitigation plans, actions plan documented in various actions like Exit strategy, Risk assessment forms, Escalations etc. related to suppliers. Required Qualifications- Approved auditor from any External agency / completed course as Lead Auditor with 3-4 Years\' experience for auditing API, Packaging, Chemical suppliers & External manufacturer (at least 4-5 in each sections). Minimum 6 years of experience in Consumer or pharmaceutical industry. Should have knowledge of Food, drugs & Cosmetics regulatory guidelines (ICH/ISO/Food Drugs & Cosmetics Act/21CFR210 & 211/ FSSAI/ BRC/ICH guidelines). Master in handling Investigations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Internal Audits, Deviation management, Risk Assessment & cGMP. Expert in Power BI, & PowerPoint. Skilled in trending different issues & having success stories of improved trends. Having success stories of Teamwork Achievements. Assess risk to Business from critical suppliers and enhance partnership with them to build strong Quality Systems. Desired Qualifications- Process driven yet open to innovative ideas. Adaptable to Job Challenges & Changes Strong connects with the suppliers/teams worked with. With Positive Mindset, Committed and responsible. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges. Quality mind-set and strong analytical skills. With language proficiency in Spoken/written English and 2-3 languages Sensitivity to cultural issues and ability to work in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
