Relocation Assistance Available: YesReporting to Manager-Curing & Final Finish, ensuring executing safety related basics and good knowledge of Tire Quality and defects, customer handling , meeting Waste and Yield target and other quality goals, minimize waste and defects better than AOP. Development of talent by mentoring and coaching apart from common goals applicable to plant overall performance.1. Responsible for Ougoing product quality .
2. OE related quality condition return tire-RC analysis-corrective action.
3. Handle all the critical requirements related to customer.
4. Ensure all safety standards as per GY requirements.
5. To coordinate with supply chain function for on time delivery to customer part.
6. To ensure all statutory compliances falling in preview of business center.
7. To drive Plant Optimization- Good knowledge of DEC, WPO and FI.
8. To coordinate with other department like Production, Engineering, Safety to drive the Plant KPI\'s.Quality:
- To establish quality related standards at workstations
- Lead Plant optimization DEC and WPO pillar and drive of all necessary requisites.
- Carry out plan for improvement for Quality.
- OE related quality condition return tire-RC analysis-corrective action.
- Highlighting day to day process violations and quality issues to Manufacturing and Technical for necessary corrective actions
