This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:
• Ensure to provide the account statements & KYC docs timely as required
• Allocation distribution in proper manner
• MIS agency wise in different parameters
• Coordination with agencies
• Prepare monthly feedback report from agencies
• CIBIL clearance/ settlement letters to be send to customers as per request of agencies
• Resolution of any query or requirement of Collection manager
• Timely closure of accounts through Ops
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
• Basic & advance excel
• Knowledge of system applications
• Analytical skills with attention to details
• Good interpersonal skill
