Job Description

Execution of operation : Handling & storage of raw material with proper identification, control of critical process parameter as per BMR instruction , ensure for packing of intermediates & finished goods and Control water consumption and ensure properly segregation of Low COD and high COD water of Equipment.

To take and give charge of the activities while shift change over to and from the reliever

To take care of the process parameters, quality and yield of various products in plant during shift.

Co -ordination with warehouse for Issuance /receipt/transfer/movement and control of materials /products.

Identification and labeling on containers of products/vessel/equipment/drums/area.

Training, guidance, to the plant operators/Technician regarding process ,GMP and safety practices

To get the house keeping done. To keep the plant clean and dry and to maintain the plant all time ready for internal as well as external audit.

Co-ordination with engineering department for utilities and routine maintenance job.

Co -ordination with Quality control department for timely analysis of the products.

To Review and maintain various records /formats and to ensure that the documents are filled at right time.

Equipment Cleaning as per requirement & as per schedule.

Serial / periodic cleaning & product change over cleaning.

To understand various SOP;s and follow the SOP\'s.

Signature on document as a designee.

To monitor preventive maintenance schedule and ensure the preventive maintenance of equipment is done within the due date.

To ensure safe operations and appropriate PPEs are being used by the personals and impart process & safety training to the operating persons.

To report any abnormality to senior management.

Verify the raw material / solvent received from the warehouse and responsible charging of raw material as per the requirement.

Perform the activity assigned by the plant in-charge and plant head.
