ETP Operation :

Ensure day-today smooth operations of ETP and monitor parameters as per the applicable guidelines.
Stage wise ETP/ZLD supervision, troubleshooting based on log book analysis,
Regular coordination with production/utility & other departments, online job order for maintenance,
Training to operators, plant round and recording environment observations,
Daily environment log sheet filling.
Chemical and critical equipment inventory stock management,
Continuous efforts to improve systems.

Environment Compliances:

Ensure compliance of Environmenal rules & regulations & Factories Act provisions.
Handling PCB visit at site,
Timely submission of various environment returns and other regulatory reports,
Filling & maintaining of manifest, controlling hazardous waste & disposal, etc at site.
Monthly Monitoring Of Stack, Ambient and ETP analysis report by third Party as per the legal requirments.

Safety & Training :

Monitoring of Work Permit system and Compliance to it.
EHS Incident Investigation and Reporting
Prepare EHS Risk Assessment
To Create EHS Awareness through Training / capability development and other systems
Ensure various safety & emergency system implementation and initiate new system as and when required.
