Role - Senior Officer - Vendor Coordination Location - Bengaluru About the role: End-to-end handling of operations, business development and coordination under the \xe2\x80\x9cMyntra Assured Shoot\xe2\x80\x9d program for driving business and revenue growth as well as improving partner experience for product listing on Myntra. The role would involve working closely with Myntra seller base and internal stakeholders for management of Marketplace photoshoots under the MAS scheme. Roles & Responsibilities:
Owning end-to-end seller lifecycle under MAS program.
Identifying and generating leads for business growth and opportunities under MAS program.
Conducting outbound calls on program pitching and creating actionable marketing strategies to drive successful conversions towards business and revenue growth.
Acting as a single point of contact for all seller queries via email/ ticket/ call support.
Coordinating with the sellers for projections and shoot requirements, offer solutions and rebuttals to seller grievances.
Coordinating with planning and operations teams on volume projections, forecasting and studio allocations.
Conducting timely follow-ups on seller queries and ensuring closures within stipulated timelines.
Identifying and implementing ways to enhance seller relationship and reduce escalations, thus increasing the overall NPS.
Improve seller retention and nurture relationship with existing seller base by proactive and frequent connects.
Tracking and monitoring of various TATs within the process and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to minimize and communicate delays.
Ensuring adherence to various process SLAs by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Tracking business performance and identifying process gaps in order to ensure process improvement.
Creating , maintaining and publishing reports on various operational steps under MAS program.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent required.
Professional experience in a high volume, high production operations environment.
Stakeholder management.
Ability to influence and negotiate with others.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere to achieve common goals.
Excellent MS Excel/PPT/Word skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
