. Position Summary. Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the MD, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organizations Office operations, including working remotely with the Regional Offices of the organization. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
3. Educational Qualifications:-
1.MBA (HR) from a reputed institute.
2.Graduation in any stream.
3.Proficient in MS Office Suite.
4.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
4. Experience:-
Atleast 10 year previous experience.
Job Responsibilities:-
1.Handling emails, phone calls and other communication for the MD.
2.Recording and filing documents and records. Create and maintain a physical and digital information management system and serve as the information hub of the MDs Office.
3.Liaison with the Board of Directors/ Director(s)/ Executive Director(s) and Senior Management staff.
4.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasking at one time.
5.Researching and booking transportation and accommodation for any necessary travel.
6.Assist with data entry and file management.
7.Receiving and delivering messages and information to relevant parties.
8.Managing the MDs calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments and other relevant events.
9.Prioritising and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
10.Implementing time-saving strategies where possible.
11.Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
6. Remuneration:-
INR 90,000/- per month plus INR 1000/- as Communication Allowance.
