Innovation and Research: Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud computing and OCI. Lead research and innovation initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.4. Executive Leadership: Engage with executive leadership to advocate for OCI investments and initiatives. Provide guidance and insights on the business value, risks, and benefits of OCI adoption.5. Talent Development: Develop and mentor a team of OCI architects and engineers. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance skills and capabilities in OCI technologies and practices.6. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with OCI vendors, partners, and service providers. Evaluate vendor solutions and offerings to ensure alignment with organizational needs and objectives.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
