  • Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, business requirements related to solutions and enhancements for a logical network inventory solution for a Telecommunication provider. This includes understanding business processes, user needs, and system functionalities.
  • Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop strategies to streamline workflows and optimize operations through technology solutions.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with technology teams and solution designers to guide translating business requirements into technical specifications and system designs. Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals, budget constraints, and technical feasibility.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments, including business users, IT professionals, and senior management, to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Project Management: Assist Product owner and delivery lead in project planning, coordination, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and inventory solutions. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Qualifications:Essentials:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience as a SME on logical inventory solutions for a Telecom provider.
  • Experience on few COTS products for Telecom inventory management for e.g CRAMER AMDOCS, EAI, Oracle Inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation tools.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with programming languages, databases, and web technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable:
  • Relevant certification demonstrating knowledge of networking technologies for e.g. CCNP.
  • Experience or knowledge of Angular, Tomcat, Java, RestAPIs, microservices technologies to be able to converse easily with the Technology/development team.
