They are good at providing analysis, documenting and diagramming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally figuring it out. This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every client.We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Security Specialist to join our team and enhance our networks security posture. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions to protect our client's network infrastructure from potential threats.Key responsibilities include conducting network assessments, developing and implementing security solutions policies and protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that security measures align with business objectives and operational processes.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and encryption methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying and addressing vulnerabilities proactively.Youll be involved early to offer solutions, help decide whether something can be done, and identify the technical and timeline risks upfront. This means dealing with both client expectations and internal challenges - in other words, there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference, and a lot of people will witness your contributions. • Relevant experience 8 to 12 years
• Experience creating HLD and LLD for network security solutions for Cloud and Data Center.
• Security competencies include Firewalling, VPN, Micro-segmentation, and IPS/IDS.
• L3 level Expertise in any one of the firewalls - Palo Alto, Fortigate, Juniper, or Checkpoint.
• Hands-on experience in Public Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM).
• Hands-on experience in Network Virtualization Platforms like Cisco ACI and NSX-T.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IP routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF.
• Hands-on experience in Data Center - Design and build.
• Self-motivated and Pro-active in troubleshooting and identifying the issues.
• Hands-on experience in Data Center, WAN, and LAN/Wi-Fi - Design and build.
• In-depth knowledge of WAF and Load-balancing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with one firewall - Palo Alto, Fortigate, Juniper, or Checkpoint.
• Comprehensive understanding of IP routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF.
• Self-motivated and Pro-active in troubleshooting and identifying the issues.
• In-depth Knowledge of industry best SIEM and Network Monitoring tools.

Degree and Certification

• Graduate with B-Tech Degree in relevant field or Graduate with relevant experience
• Networking Certification - CCNP or equivalent
• Firewall Certification - Palo Alto, Fortigate or Juniper
• Load Balancer certification - F5
• Associate Level Cloud certification - AWS/ Azure/GCP

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities
• Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
