Hyderabad - IndiaTechnology /Employee: Full Time /HybridTeam Overview:D&B\'s Global Network Engineering team is responsible for day-to-day operations of the office network, working with 3rd parties (e.g. clients, vendors, and partners), Network Security such as Firewalls, Vendor management, etc. The networking team provides all communications for all end user services including voice, video, and data.The Role:Responsible for providing network infrastructure support to IT management and users. Ability to develop and collaborate on technical solutions for new products that use our network, security infrastructure, and cloud environments. Analyze key metrics to assess overall effectiveness of LAN and WAN network performance, capacity and associated monitoring. With little oversight, assist in network implementations, configuration and routing changes, and equipment upgrades. Adheres to and supports change, incident, and problem management ITIL processes. Can effectively communicate and interact with internal users, vendors, and customers. Uses problem management techniques to solve complex technical problems.Essential Key Responsibilities:

• Define network requirements and collaborate on detailed designs and standards that meet business goals.
• Effectively manage and support LAN/WAN network implementations, configurations, and upgrades of Routing, Switching, and Wireless solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem resolutions, provides recommendations, build consensus and execute solutions.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and/or follow through with network infrastructure engineers, NOC, MSPs and IT management to resolve technical and operations issues.

• Bachelors or equivalent degree from accredited institution and minimum of 4 or more years\' experience with network engineering, support, or similar technical experience. In lieu of a degree, certifications or experience will be considered.
• Expert level certifications including Security+, CCNA, etc.
• Working knowledge of network and network security infrastructure including Firewalls.
• Demonstrate knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, Cable Management, Routing, or Switching.
• Problem management skills, including the ability to identify and asses the risks and determine corrective actions.
• Frequently interacts with internal users, vendors, and customers.
• Has effective interpersonal communications and uses problem management techniques to solve complex issues.
• Any experience with Cloud Servers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), or programing or scripting languages such as Python a big plus but not required.
