Overview:
- Design and implement network solutions using Fortigate, Cisco, and Aruba technologies to meet the organization\'s requirements.
- Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime
- Configure and manage Security Devices \xe2\x80\x93 Firewalls, Radius, authentication, MFA etc
- Experience on NAC solutions Clear-pass (Network Access Control).Handling Authentication servers. AAA, Radius, Tacacs etc
Configure and manage SSL VPN, IPSEC, SDWAN etc. - Upgrade and Install IOS Software Image for FortiGate, Cisco, Aruba etc
- Troubleshoot and diagnose IP network issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Perform first-tier troubleshooting using tools and utilities to resolve network performance and related network issues
- Configure and Manage NMS tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine etc
- Document Network and Telecom related project at high level using Microsoft Project, Visio and Excel
- ISP and Vendor communication \xe2\x80\x93 outages, follow-ups and support
- Must be willing to work outside normal business hours, night shifts to accomplish upgrades and maintenance with minimal effect upon productivity.
On-Call Support: Must be willing to carry a cell phone at work and during off hours. - Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
- A thorough understanding of DHCP, DNS, OSPF, Static, NMS, SNMP and Wireshark packet tracer. TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP
- Design WAN networks including network appliances and troubleshoot performance related issues
- Manage AWS networking and Security

- Any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem

- Available to work 24x7 ( IST Time Zone 4PM to 7AM - UK and US shifts)
