About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Network Engineer... In this role, you will: Network Capacity Planning / Capacity Management ( NetFlow, IPSLA) Primary Skill: Netflow, IP SLA, Netqos, Network Capacity Planning , Traffic Engineering Platform/Skills Required: Systems Administration/ Network Administration 1. Gathers business requirements and/or presents performance data and network monitoring results to business units and peers. 2. Gathers data regarding traffic/ capacity /re-occurring problem for long term root cause studies. 3. Identifies holes in the present deployment of standard hardware and software based monitoring solutions. 4. Analyzes or oversees analysis of capacity /traffic. 5. Identifies problems/possible improvements/possible cost savings/business opportunities. 6. Prepares capacity /traffic studies for use or review by others. 7. Develops performance & capacity reports/presentations. Secondary Role Deliverables: -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Team player with a desire to learn new technologies -Self-learner and self-motivated -Able to work with minimal supervision -Experience working with engineering and support teams in a highly collaborative manner -Experience in on-shore/off-shore model Investigate and remediate network capacity related issues Partner cross-functionally with other Product Infrastructure teams in order to continuously improve and apply standards and policies relevant to operational excellence Required Qualifications : 8+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training Desired Qualifications: B.E Electronics and telecommunication engineering or Computer science.
