To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Consultant - IT Located in Chennai, India.

Reporting to the Senior Manager and the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• Architecting and Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
• To decompose business use cases into technical tasks and provide overall estimates.
• To manage design and development tasks, including software designing, programming and testing within Agile Scrum process.
• To design and develop key modules of solutions.
• To communicate with stakeholders (business as well as technical) on the Project related communications.
• To mentor the development team and takes care of their growth.
• To provide technical roadmap to the team and indirectly to the Organization
• To implement best practices to the team and indirectly to the Organization

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 8 - 14 years of experience in relevant skills.
• Hands on development
• Proficient in Dotnet, .Net core, Web API, Angular/ReactJS (Full-stack development)
• Experience in architecting and designing highly scalable applications
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Should be hands on in ORM (Entity Framework/nHibernate/Dapper), Dotnet,.Net core, API, Angular/ReactJS , Web APIs, SQL Server/Oracle, IIS Server
• Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/TFS
• Familiarity with CI-CD tools such as Azure DevOps/Jenkins
• Knowledge in NoSQL is good to have.
• Keen learner and implementer of technology
• Good communication and documentation skills
