Hinge Health Hybrid Model We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees are expected to be in office 2 days/week (Mondays and Tuesdays).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an ML Engineer who can help to accelerate the hinge health AI/ML mission by working closely with the ML/ Data Science and Engineering teams.

WHAT YOU\'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Set up infrastructure and services required to perform ML inference at scale on the AWS cloud.
• Streamline the process to package, deploy and optimize ML models and expose them through API\'s for Hinge Health applications or services to consume.
• Enable Monitoring for ML models in production.
• Help to streamline the ML development tools and process.

WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field, such as computer science, software engineering or data science, is recommended. Master\'s degree in Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ proven experience as an ML Engineer.
• Ability to write robust code in Python.
• Excellent technical communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort controlling the big data feed that will be used to train the AI
• Experience in working with AWS ML services is a plus.
