Should have Oracle DB knowledgeAdditional knowledge on MQ/TIBCO is an added advantageShould be ready to take ownership, responsibility and complete the task.Should have minimum 6 years of experience and should have worked minimum 5 years in SQL, MIDDLEWARE techShould have the hunger to learn and take more responsibility and should not wait for managers to assign work
