Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead MERN-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JavaScript development on both client and server sides, with proficiency in MySQL / PostgreSQL. Additionally, You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, writing efficient code, and ensuring the quality of delivered projects.Roles & Responsibilities for MERN-Stack Developer

• Understand client requirements and functional specifications through active involvement.
• Code Development: Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Be proficient with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.
• Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation, and other deliverables.
• Adhere to industry best practices and contribute to internal coding standards.
• Demonstrate a strong command of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Possess a deep understanding of React.js,Node.js and its core principles.
• Collaborate with Project Management to assess new functionality requests and support the Sales team in scoping new projects.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex issues and Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team
• Foster a collaborative work environment and be an effective team player.
• Ensure quality projects are delivered within defined timelines.

• JavaScript Development: Hands-on experience with JavaScript development on both client and server-side.
• Frontend Technologies: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• MERN Stack: In-depth knowledge of Node.js, MySQL / PostgreSQL , and React.js.
• React.js Workflows: Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux.
• Restful APIs: Familiarity with Restful APIs is a valuable asset.
